Our 3-Year Roadmap to Market Leadership

Our vision for Andrometa is ambitious, and it is backed by a deliberate, multi-year plan for execution and growth. The following roadmap outlines our key milestones as we move from our initial product launch to becoming the essential platform for empathetic A.I. and connected gaming.

2025: Core Product Launch & Ecosystem Foundation

The journey begins now. 2025 is focused on launching our core products and establishing the foundation of our ecosystem.

• Launch our flagship title SWRMS on Nintendo Switch and mobile, establishing our core gaming presence.

• Launch YapChat A.I. Companion with deep integration into SWRMS.

• Launch the AniMee A.I. UGC platform for creators and the Andrometa p2p Marketplace to power the ecosystem's economy.

• Initiate the Token Generation Event (TGE) for the $SHRD token in Q4, following the launch of SWRMS Early Access and the YapChat Beta.

• Launch the Andrometa University Gaming Circuit, establishing a grassroots presence and building thriving student gaming communities across our first wave of partner campuses.

• Launch our 3rd Party gaming titles signed to Andrometa Publishing.

• Secure initial partnerships with key wellness and medical technology companies.

• Validate the model with initial user traction and engagement.

2026: Expansion through Open Sourced SDK

With the foundation in place, our focus shifts to scaling our platform by opening it up to the world.

• Launch the open-source YapChat SDK, allowing any third-party game studio or developer to integrate our Agentic Companion into their games or applications.

• Expand partnerships with medical and wellness tech companies to further integrate YapChat as a companion that "does it all."

• Secure major IP partnerships for new, licensable companion personas.

• Begin clinical trial testing for therapeutic and neurodivergent agentic companion support.

2027/2028: Market Leadership & Platform Ubiquity

This phase is about making YapChat a ubiquitous platform and commercializing our most advanced technology.

• Expand the SDK to allow YapChat to integrate into other types of hardware, including Smart A.I. glasses and robotics hardware.

• Achieve key FDA milestones, launching pilot programs with healthcare partners.

• Launch the first commercial robotics integrations with YapChat as the licensed personality OS.

• Solidify market leadership as the essential platform for empathetic A.I.
